All viewings are arranged and accompanied by an agent. After each viewing, you will be updated immediately about any interest from potential tenants.
As soon as the tenants and the terms of the let have been agreed with you, referencing will be conducted and a referencing report is generated. These reports also include, credit checks, ID and Right to Rent checks.
We prepare the tenancy agreement and ensure they are signed by the tenants. You will be made aware of your health and safety obligations and arrange the relevant checks checks as required. We can also collect the all move in monies and will arrange for a schedule of condition of the property to be prepared.
